Delıvery, Exchange & Return

What are your product delivery conditions?

Products offered for sale on our website are limited to stock availability. If the stock of the ordered product runs out, the customer will be informed. Upon the customer's written request, a different product can be sent, or a refund may be possible.

Our products are delivered to the cargo within 3 business days to reach you. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays may be shipped the next business day. The estimated arrival time for your shipments is 1 business day for those within Izmir, and 2 to 4 business days for those outside Izmir.

Your shipments will be delivered to the address you specified by the contracted cargo company during weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. If you are not at your address at the time of delivery, the cargo company will leave a notice at your door, and your shipment will be delivered to the cargo company's distribution office. Shipments not collected from the distribution office within 3 business days will be returned to us. In this case, you can contact us to request the reshipment of your product. If the product does not reach the customer in any way, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded. Our company reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee.

What should I check during cargo delivery?

When the cargo is delivered to you, if there is any deformation, wetness, or anything that could damage the product on the shipment package and/or box, we recommend opening the package with the cargo officer and checking the condition of your products. If you detect any damage to the products, do not accept the delivery and request a report from the cargo official. Only products for which a report has been made will be sent to us by the cargo company, and the exchange will be made after it is confirmed that the products were damaged during shipment.

What should I do if the product(s) in my order are incorrect?

If the product delivered does not match the one listed on your invoice, you can initiate the return process for the incorrect product(s) within 14 business days from the invoice date.

Customer satisfaction is our primary principle for purchases made on fusyajewellery.com. If you wish to return or exchange your product, we would like to state that we will assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.

What are your product return conditions?

The product must be in its original packaging, with tags and logos intact, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. You can return products purchased from our website within 14 business days from the invoice date. Returns of products produced according to special requests or personalized with modifications or additions are not accepted. You can return products that meet the above criteria, along with all accessories, by filling out the return form and sending it with the invoice to the address specified below. Returns sent without an invoice will not be processed.

If the invoice is issued to a corporate entity, you must send the product along with a return invoice prepared by your institution, stating "Product Unit Price + VAT," excluding shipping costs. Returns for orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be accepted without a return invoice.

Please note that returns not complying with the conditions stated above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with payment due. You can send your returns free of charge via the contracted cargo, with the shipping cost being your responsibility. You will be notified by email when the return cargo reaches us.

After the returned products are checked for compliance with the return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests will be submitted to the bank within 3 business days. You can receive your refund through the same method you used for payment on our website (installments will be refunded in installments). The refund process occurs entirely under the bank's application.

How can I exchange the product I purchased?

There is no exchange option for products sold on our site. However, you can return your products according to the return conditions written above and purchase the desired product again.

Can I exchange my product if it is damaged?

If the product has been damaged without user error, it will be examined by us. Please send your product repair/exchange request, along with product images, to us via email (fusyajewellery@gmail.com). However, damages resulting from improper use contrary to the usage instructions on the product labels (the instructions for protecting, washing, and using the products according to their specifications) will not be accepted, including but not limited to deterioration, tearing, melting, crushing, and other damages that may occur to the product and its accessories.

Once the damage to the product is accepted, and the repair or exchange of the product is approved by us, we will contact you promptly. If the exact same product is not available in stock, it may also
