Can I Send the Products I Purchase from Fusyajewellery.com as a Gift?
Yes. When you reach the payment page, you will see separate fields for delivery and billing addresses. Enter the address where you want the gift to be sent in the “Delivery Address” section. This way, your gift will be delivered to the specified recipient.
If you select the gift-wrapping option during the ordering process, the products in your order will be sent wrapped as a gift.

What Are My Payment Options?
You can pay for the products you purchase on Fusyajewellery.com via bank transfer or by using any credit card of your choice. VAT is included in the prices, but cash-on-delivery is not currently available.

How Will I Receive a Refund for a Canceled Order?
Once your cancellation request is approved, if the payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. The reflection time of refunds varies depending on the internal processes of the bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments by your bank. You can monitor the refund process through your bank.
